  Pentax had never previously sold their digital cameras anywhere other than through the High Street. We opened up a new route to market by creating ‘Pentax Direct’.

Aimed at specific consumer market sectors, we created the strategy to offer
a camera package through carefully researched magazine ads and a specially built web site.

teams provided a series of advertisement ideas which creatively combined both
the branding and commercial objectives within budget and to our satisfaction.
As a result SMI successfully assisted Pentax in the implementation of “Pentax
Direct” a new channel of distribution for our brand and its products.
